New Shipping Manager is not working at all! Please fix

We have not been able to use the new Shipping module in QBDT since we were forced onto the new module a few months ago. It doesn't recognize our Stamps.com account, or our FedEx account (even though we set them up using QBs instructions). Now I have to use separate applications to manage my shipments!  Please at least let us access the previous version until you get the new one working for everyone. 
I am very unhappy with this.

Before we proceed, may I know the steps you have taken to connect to FedEx and Stamps.com, as well as any error messages you've encountered while connecting the two accounts? Sharing additional details or screenshots would help me better understand your situation and assist you more effectively.

 

If you're using the following steps to integrate your FedEx or Stamps.com accounts with the QuickBooks Desktop Shipping Manager, here's how:

 

  1. Go to File, then select Shipping Manager.
  2. Select Manage Carriers, then choose the Additional Carrier tab.
    • To add a FedEx account:
    • a. Choose Connect Carriers, then choose FedEx from the list.
    • b. Review and accept the FedEx terms and conditions, then select Continue.
    • c. Enter your FedEx account details.
    • d. Tap Connect to link your FedEx account.
    • To add Stamps.com:
    • a. Click Connect Carriers, then choose Stamps.com from the list.
    • b. Enter your account details, including your Stamps.com Account ID, username, and password.
    • c. Hit Authenticate Account.

Additionally, if you're using steps for the Get ready for a new shipping experience in QuickBooks Desktop, note that you'll need to upgrade to QuickBooks Desktop 2024 if you're currently using QuickBooks Desktop 2022 or an older version. This will give you access to the updated Shipping Manager.

Captain, I feel your pain and them some. I had a 6 hour multiple person support session yesterday that ruined my day. I have been using the old shipping manager for over 25 years and it was just fine. this new shipping manager is terrible. I actually decided to accept it and bent the knee but it does not work. I had it all figured out, then did a couple shipments, but it was putting the next days date on the label so everything looked like it was a day ahead. When I tried doing the same shipment direct from fedex everything was fine. Quickbooks support ended up having me do a fresh quickbooks install on my computer. That did not fix it. They then had me do a fresh install on my laptop, and guess what? It still did not fix it. I had one guy tell me it was a Fedex problem so I called fedex and they told me they know nothing about quickbooks, so back to quickbooks. I did a fake shipment trying UPS and same thing. It would put the next on the label so an overnight package showed it was shipping 2 or 3 day. So what I have to do know is take the invoices I create in quickooks, go outside of quickbooks and ship manually from either fedex or ups. this is a huge waste of time. Oh, by the way, one of the quickbooks support people told me this was a ship engine issue and I need to contact them. I did and of course they told me to contact quickbooks

zuzie, you are insulting us by giving us those canned instructions. By this point, most of us have done all that and it useless. Please come up with something that will actually help us

same issue with the date being set forward by one day. this is a big issue as our fedex driver will not pick up our packages with the wrong date. this issue occurs with UPS and Fedex, we tried a rebuild and disconnecting and reconnecting the carrier account....no luck. 

 

anyone have a solution for this?
