I was able to confirm that there's an ongoing issue where vacation and sick leave accrual aren't showing on the QuickBooks Workforce page. I suggest reaching out our QuickBooks Support Team, so they can generate a case number under your account. When you do, provide this product escalation number: INV-28194.
Sign in to your account and click on Help.
Click on the Contact us link.
Enter your questions or concerns and click on Let's talk.
Choose either Start a chat or Get a callback.
From there, you will be notified once this issue gets resolved.
