Hello there, @tberlogar. Yes, you can.
Once done, you’ll receive a prompt that will tell you whether you’re eligible or not. If you’re eligible for next-day deposits, select Upgrade in the Deposit Speed section. You can check this article for more detailed information: Get paid faster with next-day deposits.

What if I don't want the Next Day Direct Deposit when using Intuit Assisted Payroll (Desktop)? What if I want my Intuit Assisted Payroll (Desktop) direct deposit to go back to the way it was? My employees are complaining! They like being able to see their paychecks in their bank accounts the night before even though they don't have access to their funds until the actual paycheck date. How do I get my direct deposit to go back the way it was before they started this next day direct deposit?
Thanks for checking in with us, RJBookkeeper1.
The 24-Hour Direct Deposit is available for QuickBooks Online Payroll and QuickBooks Full Service Payroll. For QuickBooks Desktop Assisted Payroll, the Direct Deposit services may have a 2-day lead time. This means you need to submit payroll by 5:00 PM PST 2 business days before payday.
After you’ve submitted payroll, you can still void or add paychecks up to 4:59 PM PST that day. For more details about this one, see When do I need to submit payroll to pay employees on time? article.
In your case, we need to reach out to the QuickBooks Payroll Assisted Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and process your request. Here's how to reach them:

The next day direct deposit option started last September 15, 2020 to some customers. While for Assisted Payroll users, it became available at the end of October.
Let’s go to your Payroll Center to look for the ‘Next day direct deposit’ banner. Aside from that, check the Process payroll by date section. From there, you’ll also see the banner or the process payroll by date. If it shows banking day before payday, you can start using Next day direct deposit.
If you’re unable to see any of the information, I suggest contacting our Assisted Payroll Support Team. One of our specialists will collect personal data to open your account. Then, send a request for the Next day direct deposit for your subscription.
To reach them, click the QuickBooks Desktop Payroll link in this article and choose Assisted: Contact Payroll Support.
Otherwise, follow the steps shared by my colleague above. Let me share this guide for future reference. It covers all the details about the latest direct deposit update: What’s new in QuickBooks Payroll.
