May I know what specific help you need? I can answer some general questions or concerns you may have about QuickBooks Online (QBO). Simply click the Reply button below, and I’ll do everything in my power to assist.

 

However, if you still wish to speak with our Phone Support team, you can utilize our Get a callback option. Here's how:

 

  1. In QBO, click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
  2. Choose the Talk to a human option (type it again if prompted).
  3. Enter I still need a human.
  4. Click Contact us.
  5. Then select Get a callback.
