In the meantime, you can manually refresh the connection to retrieve the latest transactions. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Manage accounts.
- Click Refresh or Refresh all.
- Wait for the update to complete.

After completing the process, return to the Transactions tab to verify if new transactions have been downloaded.
If the problem continues, you can manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed to keep your records up to date.
