Not able to log in via invite from employer

After several failed attempts to login via invite from my employer to complete and view my w2s and attempts to restablish a forgotten password, I also used the. IDme verification of drivers license and a picture . and I was still not able to log in, I spoke with someone in customer service at Intuit that told the only way was to contact customer service with the account administrator on the phone, being that this not possible for me as the owner of the company I work for is currently out of town, is there anything else I can do? I just want to fill out my w2s??

Not able to log in via invite from employer

Hello there, @Jennife.

I appreciate your effort in reaching out to our Live Support team.

Before we begin, I have a few questions to ask. Are you signing in with your old email address? Do you use multiple emails or logins? When you try to log in, do you see a specific error code? If so, could you please share what it says?

To access your invitation, use the same email address or user ID the invitation was originally sent to.

However, if you're using a new Intuit account or email, ensure that the invitation is resent to that exact address.

If the invitation was sent to a different email address, ask your employer to resend it to the correct one. Since we are unable to reach your employer at the moment, you may have to wait until your employer can resend a new invite.

For any additional questions, leave a comment below.
