Not being able to speak to a live person

Just spent 2 hrs trying to get a credit. Intuit agent quoted a price for our PR renewal and when we got our Intuit receipt, we were over charged. Had an online chat, but to no avail. They would not honor the price quoted to us. We printed out the transcript , which showed what total $ the agent quoted to be charged to our account, but the agent we spoke to stated that she did not see that quote!!!!!!!  Horrible service.  How sad that after 15 years of being with Intuit Quickbooks, we are seriously thinking of moving on.

As much as I want to help check the charges, we're unable to do so because we don't have the necessary tools to review your account here. What I can do is provide the steps on how you can speak to our live support, so you can get the details of the charges.


Here's how:


  1. In your QuickBooks Desktop program, go to Help QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. In the Have a Question window, click the Contact Us link at the bottom.
  3. From the Contact Us page, select any topics.
  4. Under Here's how to connect with a QuickBooks expert section, click the Start a Message or Get a Callback button.
