Welcome to the Community, Whchomerepairs. It's possible that your mileage tracker might have been turned off, which is why your trips from March 27th to 29th weren't recorded. Since the system doesn't have that data, you'll just need to manually enter those trips into your QuickBooks Solopreneur account.
Here's how to record it manually if you're using a web browser:
- Navigate to the Miles menu.
- Click the Add Trip button.
- Select a Trip Date.
- Enter the Distance, Start Point, and End Point.
- Choose either it's for Business or Personal.
- In the Business purpose drop-down menu, select a purpose of your trip.
- If this is a round trip, you can easily toggle on the Round Trip option.
- Once done, click Save.
Repeat the steps above for the trips for March 28th and 29th.
However, if you're using a mobile app, you can follow the steps outlined by this article on how to manually record a mileage: Manually track mileage in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
When finished, you can review the newly created trip in the Miles page under Business or Personal. Just ensure to set the Tax Year date from March 27th to March 29th by selecting the Custom Date to ensure the transactions will appear when reviewing.
To prevent this from happening again, I recommend turning on automatic track mileage always. This way, QuickBooks will automatically records your work trips so you don't have to enter it manually in the future.
