I have been trying to add a new account that I want deposits to go into. Somewhere in the system, there is an old phone number for our business and every time I try to save the settings for adding this account QB wants to call the old number (not anywhere in my account settings) to verify. I am at my wit's end! Even live chat could not help. Any help is MUCH appreciated!

The phone number in your Merchant Services account is likely using the old one. This is the reason why the system keeps calling it for verification. If you haven't done this during your chat, you'll want to edit it so you can add the new deposit account. Here's how:
