The phone number in your Merchant Services account is likely using the old one. This is the reason why the system keeps calling it for verification. If you haven't done this during your chat, you'll want to edit it so you can add the new deposit account. Here's how:
- In your Merchant Services account, hover your mouse on the Account tab.
- Select Account Profile.
- Under Contact Information, click the Edit button.
- Edit and change the old phone number.
- Hit Submit.
