On my QuickBooks on my laptop I’ve got 3 companies on 1 program i cant seem to get more than 1 on my new program on my iPad

Is there anyway i can just talk to someone on the phone

The iOS mobile app version of QuickBooks is a portal for you to access your account or accounts. If the companies are linked together under one login, you can switch between them by using your Switch Company option. This can be found in the account settings.

 

In the event you have multiple companies under separate accounts, they can be moved into one account. This will enable you to switch between the companies under one set of login information.

 

Here's how:

  1. Choose an account with an email address you'd like to use for each of your companies to sign in.
  2. Sign in to one of the other accounts as an admin using a web browser.
  3. Invite your account with the email you'd like to use for each of your accounts.
  4. Pick Company Admin to make it the main login used to manage users and company data.
  5. Access your email the invitation was sent to and select your invite link.

 

You can repeat these steps to link other accounts to the one with a login you want to use for each of your companies to sign in.

 

Now you'll be able to switch between companies by using the Gear (⚙️) icon and selecting Switch company. In our iOS mobile app, you can switch companies by going to Settings from your main menu, then tapping Switch Company.

 

If you create more accounts in the future, you can add them to your existing user ID while creating them.

 

In the event you'd still like to work with our Customer Care team, they can be reached while you're signed in through a web browser. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and help guide you through the process if necessary.
