On the app I no longer have the ability to track mileage or log my expenses, looking for how to fix this.

Since you've switched from the free trial to a paid subscription, let's start by checking that your account is active. You can check this by logging into accounts.intuit.com with your QuickBooks Solopreneur credentials. From there, go to Products and Billing and confirm that your status shows as 'Active'.

If your subscription shows as inactive, that's likely why features like mileage and expense tracking have disappeared.

If your subscription is active, try signing out of the QuickBooks Online app and signing back in to refresh your data. When you log back in, just make sure you select the correct company if you have multiple accounts.

It is also worth checking if the Mileage feature is turned on. You can find this by going to the Menu, selecting the Gear icon, scrolling down to Mileage settings, and ensuring the toggle is switched on.
