I want to bring clarification about the Create a Copy option from the Enter Bills in QuickBooks Desktop.
The Create a Copy feature will not automatically be applied unless you click the Create a Copy button. You have the option whether to create a copy or enter a new bill. This option creates a copy of your transaction with a new number on it.
