Let's investigate why there's an Undelivered status for one invoice, jenhgts.
 
There are two reasons for undelivered emails. It's possible the email address was entered incorrectly or there was a temporary issue with the recipient's email server.
 
You can check if the customer's email address is correct. Then, edit it if it is not and try sending again.
 
If it was entered correctly, there may be a temporary issue with the recipients email server. You can ask your customer if they have other email address for you to send the invoice.

If there's no issue on their email server, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll investigate what's causing this issue.
 
Here's how:
 
  1. Click Help on the top menu.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter undeliverable error message in What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose Chat, Call us or Get a callback to contact us.
