online banking matches will not let me make corrections it is stuck or something is QBO not working right

I want to ensure you're able to make corrections with your matched transactions.
Before we report this issue to our engineers, I have a couple of suggestions to resolve this problem. For now, try to open your account in a private web browser and try to edit the matched entries there. We need check if this is a caching problem.
Unexpected issues in QuickBooks are sometimes associated with the amount of data stored in the cache. This is because a regular browser will constantly overwrite itself and will not remove history unless done manually.
Private browsing will not save any history, so it's a great place to identify issues in the browser. Use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:
If it works, clear the cache to resolve browser issues in QBO. You can also use a different browser and see if the issue persists there.

tried 3 different browsers not working
unless my system when to a new security of some kind i do not know what happen
because i could change them before3 weeks ago

Before proceeding, have you encountered any error message? Can you also share what bank institution you’re using? Any additional information will help us verify if there’s an ongoing report specific to your banking concern.
Since the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and investigate further why you’re unable to perform some tasks on your QBO Online Banking.

Please know that our support hours starts by 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM on weekdays, and 6:00 AM till 3:00 PM PT on Saturdays.
In the meantime, you’ll want to consider manually importing the bank transactions into QuickBooks. If you’ll have duplicate transactions moving forward, you can exclude them.

act [removed] is the only company file that is acting up and i think it is july that seems to be bugging out will call the help in the morning

did the reading that i got from the help given and found my problems
you are not really suppose to delete anything on the QBO you will run into trouble if you do
deleted one of my rules that changed where the expense goes; should have just added a new one
now i have to go back and fix about 20 entries once i undo them in (categorized)
