BACKGROUND: A client of ours by mistake removed the accountant restrictions before I was done with the file so now she can no longer import my changes into her file.
QUESTION 1: Does anyone know a work-around solution? I really don't want to redo 152 pages' worth of adjusting entries.
One thing that came to mind was to send her a back-up file (QBB) which she could use straight away.
THE PROBLEM: I'm using QB Enterprise Accountant 20.0 Release R5P whereas the client has QB Desktop Pro 2019 and she cannot open the back-up file I send her.
QUESTION 2: Can anyone suggest a solution to the above problem, please?
Thank you all,
Redo your work or ask your client to purchase the new license of Pro 2020. For 1 user license, it costs $200 thru a partner/reseller.
