Buy nowI am using Quickbooks online and something changed just since yesterday. Typically, we are able to use our existing products with descriptions that are formatted like this:
- item 1 description
- item 2 description
- item 3 description
And maybe some other words here bla bla bla
Since last night, any time an invoice or estimate is created or copied, it takes all of the formatting out and smooshes everything into one giant paragraph like a blob of words. Like this:
- item 1 description - item 2 description - item 3 description
And maybe some other words here bla bla bla
I have tried using an old invoice and copying it (format was fine, until I pressed save) same with an old estimate. I tried deleting and re-adding the line from scratch (same result). Copied and pasted from notepad and Word (same result). Cleared browser cache and cookies, tried Chrome and Edge, even downloaded the desktop app (nothing changed). I also tried to press shift + enter at the end of each line (same result), added a
or
for html paragraph returns (same result).
I am out of ideas. Please fix this.
Hi there, JR013. I appreciate your efforts in performing several troubleshooting steps, such as switching browsers, using the desktop app, and clearing the cache.
