Yes! @Anonymous is right. The User ID and Password that you use to access your company file is not the same as your Intuit Account unless you set it up that way on purpose. If you already have an Intuit Account and don't remember your User ID or Password, you can recover it by following the steps below:
1. Visit this link: www.quickbooks.com/account.
2. Choose Forgot your Password? or Forgot your User ID? Then, follow the steps to retrieve your Password or User ID.
