Payroll Hours Format

The option to switch the time format from minutes to decimal in QuickBooks Online is currently unavailable. It goes the same way with the Time reports in the online versions.

QuickBooks Desktop and Online doesn't share the same database which is why some features may differ. This is, however, a great functionality to be added in our program. You may visit this link to send your suggestions for our product.

In the meantime, if you're pulling up reports with time details, you may export them to Excel. Minute format is automatically converted to decimal on the worksheet. See this:
