The new portal for employees to view their paychecks does not show the split between banks. Will this be corrected?
Good day, Jim_M,
Thanks for joining the Community. I'm here to share a few details about your payroll concern.
Since QuickBooks Workforce just recently launched, showing payroll split deposit on employee's paycheck is currently unavailable. In this case, I recommend working with one of our experts. They have more tools to give you further workarounds.
Here's the link to start a chat session with them: QuickBooks Workforce/ViewMyPaycheck Support.
Just in case, I've added an article to learn more about Workforce FAQs.
That should do it. I'm always here if you have any other concerns. Have a great day.
Thanks for getting back to us, @Jim_M.
I appreciate the feedback about the chat session you had with our VMP/Workforce Team. Getting the best support for your concern is my top priority.
Before anything else, may I know if this has something to do with the split deposit workaround? If so, viewing this information through the new site is currently unavailable.
Since the Community is a public forum and I only have limited access to QuickBooks Workforce, I highly suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team for further assistance and workarounds.
Here’s how to get in touch with phone support:
Rest assured, I’m taking note of this and pass it along here on my end. In the meantime, please visit our QuickBooks Online Blog to know more about our latest happenings. From there, you’ll get the recent news, features, and updates about QBO and what our Product Team is working on.
I’m also adding some articles about Workforce for reference:
That should do it. Let me know how the call goes and if you have any questions. I’m always here to help. Take care!
I’m an employer who has asked our employees to use ViewMyPaycheck so that we don’t have to print stubs. The removal of the deposit information with the “upgrade” is unacceptable. Employees need to see where their funds are going. It lacks real foresight that Intuit would have removed this information without considering the ramifications. This needs to be fixed.
Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help provide information about what employees can view in QuickBooks Workforce.
Our product engineers are already aware of the issue (inv-28105) happening with the missing bank account number when viewing pay stubs in QuickBooks Workforce. Since there's no workaround yet, I suggest reaching out to our Support Specialists to include the account on the list of affected users.
There is some employee information that we need from you while creating the case on the system. Please know that users on the list will be receiving updates of the progress via Email.
That said, I recommend reaching out to them through the steps found in the article below (scroll down to Contact us):
Please reach out to me here should you have additional questions with the pay stubs. I'm always available to talk QuickBooks.
This needs to be fixed asap, it is causing problems for all employees now using the new Workforce. Here's is a suggestion, if making an improvement to something keep it as is and "improve" it, don't take pertinent information away and call it better. I don't need links to anything, I know how it all works just need the issue fixed on y'alls end or back to doing more work to appease staff.
I appreciate your suggestion on how to improve QuickBooks Workforce. I'll pass this along to our engineers so they can consider it for future product updates.
Right now, our engineers are still gathering data for their investigation.
If there's anything else you need, please let us know in the comment section below.
