A credit card may not update or stop working during and after its expiration month, or if you're not authorized to process the transaction. If the card is updated and you're good to process the update, we can help you get back on track by contacting our Payroll Support Team.
Our support needs to gather personal details required to pull up your billing information. Once fully verified, they'll assist you with updating the credit card information.

Your Payroll subscription renews automatically if the billing information is updated before the renewal date. The credit card on file is debited, and an invoice notification is emailed to the billing contact.
