Another suggested solution is resetting your temp folder permissions.
Reboot your computer.
Press the Windows key + R keys to open the RUN command.
Type %TEMP% and press Enter.
Right-click an empty area of the temp folder.
Select the Security tab.
Ensure all usernames and groups showing on the Security tab have Full Control.
