Good day, Berl Spit.
You have the option to make the invoice as pending after creating it in the Batch Enter Transactions page if that's what you mean. I can guide you with the steps.
Here's how:
- Go to Accountant > Batch Enter Transactions.
- Select the appropriate Transaction Type and Account.
- Enter the invoice information.
- Click Save Transactions. After saving the transaction, click the Customers menu > Customer Center.
- Select the customer's name and double-click the invoice you've created.
- Click the Mark As Pending icon located at the top.
- Hit Save & Close.
