Pinned Note preview disappearing from Customer Center
My company is using Quickbooks Enterprise 2018. I have a user who is complaining that the pinned Note in the upper right of the Customer Center is always blank. When a pinned note is edited, the text will briefly appear in that area, but once you edit the customer or move away, it goes blank again. Anyone have any suggestions on how we can fix this?

I've replicated this on my sample QuickBooks file, and it seems to have worked fine since the notes that I added on my customer is already appears on the Pinned notes area. There's a possibility that your lists have been damaged and it can often be repaired by re-sorting which puts a list back to its default order.
To re-sort your Customer's list, here's how:
At the top menu bar, click Customer.
Go to Customer Center.
Right-click any names of your customer and select Re-sort List option.
Click OK on the Are you sure you want to return this list to its original order? prompt.
