No one here can, nor will call you... unless it's to scam you.  

 

You need to log into your QBO account as the master administrator and follow these steps I've outlined below:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then Account and settings.
  2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
  4. Follow the onscreen steps.

 

If you don't see the Billing and Subscription tab, then you bought QuickBooks through a mobile app store. See the steps for your device below:

 

  1. Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your Name, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select QuickBooks Online, then Cancel.

 

You can also use the official steps from Apple.

 

If your account is suspended, you need to re-subscribe and reactivate it before you can cancel. We'll also automatically cancel your subscription after three failed attempts to charge your payment method.

 

If you use QuickBooks Online Payments, you need to cancel your Payments account separately. 

 

For paid and trial subscriptions, we keep your data for one year so you can go back if you decide to re-subscribe. We delete the data after that.
