What issues do you have regarding your account? I can help you out in the Community space. Just add the details such as error messages and screenshots to your reply.
However, if you still need to call in, you can contact our agents. I'd like to call you but I'm unable to access sensitive information in a public space.
The new "Help" menu interface:
- Click the Help icon.
- Choose the Talk to a human option.
- When asked, type the details of your concerns regarding your account.
- Select I still need a human.
- Proceed with Contact us.
- Click Let’s talk, then choose either Get a call or Start messaging.
For the old "Help" menu:
- Click the Help icon.
- Hit the Contact Us button.
- Enter the issues regarding your account in the What can we help you with box.
- Proceed with the Let's talk button.
- Select either Start messaging or Get a call button.
