When I try to Export to Excel from the Point of Sale 19.0 Pro Level - I get an error message Invalid Index - this started happening about six months ago - and it's just on my computer (there are 10 running through-out our business), I have to go to another computer to export it, save and then bring it up on mine. What did I do to my Point of Sale?
I'm here to make sure you're able to export to Excel from QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS), @haneylumber1. This way, you can manage your data accordingly.
You'll have to keep your POS software updated so you'll always have the latest features and fixes. You may have an outdated version that's why you're unable to export to Excel.
We recommend using automatic updates. This lets QuickBooks POS download and installs updates for you when they're available. To do this, here's how:

Fully updated all the time - been using POS since 2017 - that's not the problem
I can provide additional information that can help you resolve the error you're having when exporting your file, @haneylumber1.
After making sure to have the latest features and fixes, you can run the Clean Up Company Data Utility. It'll repair various list damages in POS.
But before doing so, make sure to create a separate backup to protect you against permanent loss of data. Check this guide on how to create or restore backup files in QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale.
Once done, you can now proceed and run the tool:
