Hi Lanie, estimates are saved as drafts if you click Save or Save and Close instead of Save and Send.
To further verify the transaction, go to All apps > Customer Hub > Estimates, then find the specific estimate you’ve created. Under the Status column, this shows as Pending since this hasn’t been sent, reviewed, and approved by your customer.
Thus, select View/Edit to finalize the estimate and click Save and Send. The status will automatically change to Accepted once the customer approves it.
