POS 19 and new pin pad issues

We are having numerous issues with the POS19 and the new pin pad:

 

  • Pin pad sometimes takes 15-20 seconds to wake up when we click "Make a sale" not a deal breaker but extremely inconvenient when we have a line at the register.
  • We have a had a few errors including "payment unknown" pop up even when no payment is being processed. This forces us to restart the program and again lose valuable time checking out customers.
  • This new pin pad also refuses to allow folks to run their debit card as credit and in some cases we have to enter the card in manually to accept the payment. AGAIN a huge waste of time.
  • POS19 has decided that it won't allow our scanner to read return receipts. It just won't do anything. Regular scans for checkout work fine.
  • Lastly Save & Email doesn't work, nice idea but it doesn't even function.

V19 MULTI STORE WITH NEW CONTATLESS PINN PADS INSTALLED IN JUNE 2021

DAILY ERRORS WITH REIPT PRINTERS AND NEW PIN PADS...RESTARTING MULTIPLE TIMES DAILY!!!

 

IS THIS A V19 ISSUE OR A NEW PIN PAD ISSUE???
