End of day financial exchange will not connect to server and send files. It says Quickbooks on server has two windows open but all our sets are shut down. Why would Quickbooks think two windows were open on the server? Task manager shows none.

Click Help at the top menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
Select Contact us and then enter that you get Reminder prompts.
