Join nowEnd of day financial exchange will not connect to server and send files. It says Quickbooks on server has two windows open but all our sets are shut down. Why would Quickbooks think two windows were open on the server? Task manager shows none.

I updated a few days ago. Both POS and QB Premier. I can connect to the server but not to Quickbooks to send the end of day.
