I need to send a copy of the W2's to our tax accountant before I submit them. How can I print just one copy of each W2? I saved them, but when I go to print, it prints all three copies. Or perhaps there is a way to print all employee's W2 information? Also, how can I delete a form that has already been saved? Thanks.

After you saved the W2 information, you'll need to click on the Print button. In the Print W-2 Forms window, the options under For employees section will vary depending on the type of paper you select. The items to print are listed by recipients (For employees, For employer, and For government) and you may print only one item at a time.
