You'll want to ensure your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) is updated to the latest release to ensure the program is running on the latest patches. Then print your 1099s again. Let me show you how.
- Go to the Help menu and select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- Click the Update Now tab.
- Select Get Updates to start the download.
- Restart QuickBooks when the download finishes
- Accept the option to install the new release when prompted.
