Printing Barcodes to Zebra ZT230 Not working

Hi! We called Quickbooks and were told that to print the barcode labels we want we would need to upgrade to Enterprise 2019, so we did.

 

We followed all the instructions for setting up barcoding in QB, and can actually print bar codes.   The issue is that we want to print them to a continuous feed Zebra ZT230 Label printer using 4x6 inch labels.  When we go to file->print forms->labels->item with barcode, and select the zebra printer,i pick label printer (there is only a 4x5).  The issue is that those are for single labels.  If I pick continuous  there is no real option for label templates for the zebra printer.  Just Avery labels.  Picking any sample there gives me a font error (not that it matters since it only has small avery labels as the template choices)  The zebra printer does print perfectly from the test pages or samples, and if I pick single feed and label template, the very small barcode and product description does print through the zebra printer.   Where do I go to either get a template for this printer or get ANY documentation around this.  I find it hard to believe that we are the only people that would want to print larger labels...

I know printing the correct barcode label is important to your business, Jksanford.

 

For now, when you choose the Continues (Perforated Edge) printer type, it will only let you choose Avery and Rolodex cards formats. You may continue using the Label Printer (Single Label) type so you can print a 4"x5" label format. That's currently the biggest barcode label.
