Running QB 2019, Windows 10. Printing checks to an older dot matrix printer is printing 3 part instaed of 2 part. The earleir version of Quickbooks we were using printed 2 part checks. Downloaded the latest drivers for the Okidata printer.

Good day, Acarmona.


You can choose the Voucher check style. This style is a 2-part combination of a check and voucher.


I'll walk you through with the set up:

  1. Click File.
  2. Choose Printer Setup.
  3. Click the Form Name drop-down, then choose Check/PayCheck.
  4. Under CHECK STYLE, choose Voucher.
  5. Choose OK.

Thank you for the reply.

I should have specified that I do have the Voucher style selected. But it prints out 3-part instead of 2-part. We are using the exact same setup/printer that we used on QuickBooks 2009/Windows 7.
