printing invoices

I am having issues with printing invoices.  They are printing very light. Even in the preview they look very light. Once printed they are barely readable.  

How do I fix this issue?

Let's get your printed invoices resolved, @sos buisiness.

 

You'll want to run the QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool. This tool helps print or PDF-related issues, including the one you've encountered. You can download this tool from our QuickBooks Tool Hub.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the most recent version (1.5.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file on your Desktop.
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe). Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
  5. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, choose Program Problems.
  6. Select QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool. It will take about a minute to run.
