printing P.O. No. on customer statement

Our statements print the Memo line after the invoice # but how do we get the P.O No. to print?

The details aren't configurable within QB.  If important, you can get this using our BRC A/R Statements Pro  app.

Really!  How in heaven's name does a customer reconcile our overdue statements with the books on their side if our statement does not show THEIR PO NUMBER?

QB, PLEASE fix this!

Thanks for following on this thread, @dorydan.

I can see how beneficial for your business to show the purchase order number on the statement. As mentioned by our previous user, the feature is currently unavailable.

You can consider using a third-party app to help add the transaction number on the statement. The Apps for QuickBooks Desktop site is a one-stop-shop for soft wares that’s compatible with the desktop version.

Use the Categories section or enter a keyword in the Search field to narrow down the process. Click on the View Profile to check on the app’s features and benefits.

I also want to make sure you’re in the loop about the latest enhancements and features rolled out by engineers. I invite you to visit the Firm of the Future site. From there, you’ll find resources to help run the business efficiently using QuickBooks.

Keep me posted if you have any other concerns or questions. I’m here to help and make sure you’re taken care of. Have a good one.
