ProAdvisors Login Website

I'm very disappointed in the layout of the ProAdvisors login pages (this is where your profile is and your software and training).

 

It is a very difficult layout and not intuitive at all.  Each time I log in to find something, I spend so much time trying to find things and most of the time give up.

 

The old format was much more user friendly than how it has been redesigned.

 

It is sad!!!  We pay so much money for our membership and have a pitiful website given to us for use.

 

I hope Intuit reads this and makes some improvements to make it more usable.

I appreciate you for voicing out your concern and sharing your feedback about the ProAdvisor website.

 

I understand where you're coming from, and I want you to know that your voice matters. I can see how handy it is to have a much simpler web design to help expedite the time finding your daily tasks.

 

While the preference to restore the website to its old view is not an option right now, rest assured that I'm making it my top priority that your suggestion reaches our developers. 

 

Every enhancement we develop comes from our customers’ suggestions. We take this as an opportunity for us to improve how the program works. In case there are updates about the product, I’ll post them here in the Community.

 

You always have the Community to back you up. Please feel free to post your QuickBooks questions here, and I'll be more than glad to answer them for you. Wishing your business continued success!

Thank you for your quick response Jen.  I'll look forward to the possibility of more easily finding:

1.  Software downloads

2.  My Inuit annual billing invoice and payment receipts

3.  What clients I currently have on my payroll service subscription (that is almost impossible to find)

4.  How to have a chat with customer service without going through what seems like a gazillion pages.

 

Just a few comments for the developers.

We put a value on our customers’ voice and take them into consideration when enhancing the product. Rest assured we’re also looking into this.
