Join nowPlease help. I was in the middle of taking the Proadvisor exam and for some reason I was knocked out of the exam screen and back into the the main training screen. I was unable to return to the exam. Is there anything I can do to reset the exam without this counting as an attempt? I was only on the first section of the exam when this happened.

Contact our QuickBooks Online Accountant and ProAdvisor Support. They can check your information and may help you request to reset the exam.

Hello. Thanks for your prompt response. However, I initiated the help dialog per the instructions and initiated a chat and also tried to arrange a return call at 8:30 AM local time. It is now almost 2:30 and I still have had no response. How long am I expected to wait for a response? Is there an alternate way to request assistance?
Hi Mark,
Sometimes, it takes longer to get a callback, especially when the call request volume is high. The same thing applies when chatting with Support. For these reasons, we're unable to estimate the callback time.
I would suggest getting their number, so you can call them instead. You can do the same steps and choose the third option, which is getting their number.
