Processing Multiple Reports

Hello,

Is QB enterprise capable of emailing multiple reports in excel vs PDF only? Is there an updated version that does have this feature?

Processing Multiple Reports

Hi there, emoranie.

Thanks for dropping by the Community. I'm happy to clarify and help you set up to send your reports. You can email reports directly from QuickBooks. When you email a report, the recipient receives it as an attached PDF or Excel file.

Note: Scheduled reports are PDF only.

To do this task you can follow these steps:

  1. From the main menu, choose Reports and run the report you want to email.
  2. At the top of the report, click the E-mail drop-down arrow, and then click either PDF or Excel.
  3. Send report as Excel to send the report as a Microsoft Excel file.
  4. Send report as PDF  to send the report as an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) file.
  5. The Send Report window opens.
  6. In the To field, enter the recipient's email address.
  7. To enter multiple email addresses in the To, Cc, or Bcc fields, use commas (,) or semi-colons (;) to separate the addresses.
  8. (Optional) To change the email template, click the Template drop-down arrow and select another template.
  9. Use the Send Forms preferences to add, edit, or delete an email template.
  10. (Optional) Review the subject line and email content and edit, if necessary.
  11. Click Send Now.

While you can send these reports as Excel files, unfortunately you're unable to send multiple reports at once and will have to be done individually.

I'm also including a helpful article about exporting reports as Excel workbooks in QBDT. If yo u have any other questions, feel free to post here anytime. Thanks for stopping by and have a nice day.
