I am frustrated with this new layout.
I used to be able to create a new project, then use the drop down "add to project" to add an estimate.
Now all it has is "Project Cost Estimate", and that doesn't give me the format I need for estimates. So now I can't create an estimate within a project. I have to make it under "+New" instead. This is counterintuitive and wastes my time.
I wish companies would stop trying to improve things.
