I am a new user of Plus on-line. I am trying to set up a project, however when I click on the Project tab nothing happens. Is this because I have Windows 7 or is a different issue?

I'd like to begin by thanking you for allowing QuickBooks to serve you with your accounting needs. You've got me here to help you create projects successfully in the system.


If you're using the QuickBooks Online app, we can try reset your app. Doing this will reload and refresh your data, which can help fix unexpected behavior like the one that you experience.

However, if you're accessing QuickBooks through the browser, you can try opening it using a private window and create projects from there. This can help us verify if the issue is browser-related. 


Web-based platforms like QBO gathers data which often leads to bog down processes and performance issues. If your now able to generate projects, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This will let you utilize QBO in a clean slate.
