Purchased 1 year subscription on July 15, 2019 through the App Store. It says my subscription ended Sep. 1. Can a customer service agent help me please?

I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Technical Team so they can see the subscription status of your account. They can also provide complete details of what had happened to your subscription and proceed with the necessary steps so you can use the product.


Here's how to contact them:

  1. Log in to your QBO account using a web browser.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.

You can also view your billing and subscription information by:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription from the left menu.
