Let's try some troubleshooting so you can open your Attachments in QuickBooks Desktop 2020.
We can do a Verify and Rebuild to your QuickBooks Desktop. If you have Assisted Payroll, I recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support for further assistance. Here's how you can do this process with ease:
Verify the Data:
- Go to Window on the top menu, then Close All.
- Click on File on the top menu, then Utilities > Verify Data.
Rebuild the Data:
- Go to File on the top menu, then Utilities > Rebuild Data.
- Create a backup of your Company File.
- The Rebuild Data Utility will start as soon as the backup is finished.
- Hit OK when you get the message "Rebuild has completed".
Check the Remaining Data:
- Go to File on the top menu, then Utilities > Verify Data.
After completing the steps above, try opening the Attachments. Let me know the results!
