QB for MAC - How to duplicate a recurring deposit?

Hello,

I recently switch from using QB Online to a QB for Mac Desktop. On the online version I was able to duplicate/copy recurring entries; journal entries, deposits, invoices, bills, etc.

Is there a way to duplicate/copy on the mac version so that I don't have to recreate the entry every time?

Thanks!

QB for MAC - How to duplicate a recurring deposit?

Hi there, kwh2.

I understand how important it is to have the option to duplicate transactions. As of the moment, the said feature isn't unavailable in QuickBooks for Mac. For now, you can copy and paste those entries manually.

Here's how:

  1. Select the payment reminder in the Customer Center.
  2. Click Edit and to copy the payment reminder hit CTRL C on your keyboard.
  3. Choose the customer, then hit Edit and Hit CTRL V on your keyboard.

I've also added this article for additional information about QuickBooks for Mac: All about QuickBooks for Mac.

I have two posts because I have two questions. The other post was a completely different question. I still need an answer to this one.
