Having a backup copy of your invoice through downloading or printing it is essential for future use, @Apexbee. I appreciate your effort in bringing this concern about your inability to achieve this goal to our attention right away. I'll be here to assist you in fixing this so you can download or print it successfully.

Before anything else, I'd like to know what specific changes you have noticed in the invoice PDF view and if there is an exact error shown when you attempt to download or print it.

In the meantime, let us refresh your QuickBooks account by logging out of your account and refreshing your browser, then sign back in to start the system afresh and remove previous activities that might trigger the error. Then, retry to download or print the invoice.

If the issue persists, go back to the invoice transaction and change the template design to Modern. Here's how:

  1. From the existing invoice transaction form you have opened, go to the Manage tab.
  2. Click the Design dropdown.
  3. Switch it to Modern.
  4. Once done, move back to the Print or download option.

I want to make sure that you will have an outside copy of your invoice transactions because I know how this can be beneficial for business that uses financial software accounts. That is why I want you to return here if you have additional questions or clarification, so we can work on it right away.
