QB Online to QB Desktop Pro 2017 Conversion errors

Trying to convert from QB online to Desktop PRO 2017 after using online for over a year plus. The cost has doubled from 30 a month to 60 monthly so need to move back to the desktop version. I completed the conversion and here are the issues:

 

1- Three balance sheet accounts came across with amounts that were incorrect. One bank account balance was wrong. Two online accounts with zero balances came through to desktop with balances. I reviewed the data but cannot find the errors or how to correct

 

2- I decided to convert the file again to see if the issue would be corrected. Now the data comes across as all zero

 

Any assistance would be appreciated

Since there are issues on the exporting, what we can do to resolve is to run a report in QuickBooks Online to have the correct Balance then import to QuickBooks Desktop.
