I appreciate the steps you've taken in trying to fix the 403 error message. I'm here to help figure out another way to get past this error.
At this time, we are having an issue about latency and spinning wheel in all Online Payroll companies. This must have something to do when signing in to your QB Mac Payroll. We can try attempting logging in using a private browser to check if this is caused by a web page issue.
Log in to http://iop.intuit.com/ using the following private browsing feature:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If this works, you can clear your browser's cache to resolve most web page issues.
However, if the issue persists, I'd suggest reaching out to our Payroll Specialist so they can verify if this has something to do with our ongoing issue. They can access your account in a secure environment and add you to the list of affected users if needed.
