Before sending your invoices to your customers, you can adjust the orientation settings from the Printer Setup. I'll guide you on how.
- Open your QuickBooks Desktop file.
- Go to the File menu, then click on Printer Setup.
- Set your paper orientation from there.
- You can also switch to the Margins section to adjust the margins of your forms.
