I'm using quickbooks desktop pro plus 2021. I'd like to move this file to QB's online but keep getting an error that the file is from a Mac system. The file is currently on Windows and can't remember when the file was ever on a Mac. How do I fix this issue and get the file onto QB's online?
Please let me know what I need to do.
You should ask someone else to open the file on QBD Mac, convert it to a QBD Windows file format, restore it on your machine and convert it to QBO US version. Otherwise, you have to purchase a 3rd party conversion service.
