QB Server for MAC 2019 Loading File

I am running QB Server 2019 for Mac and I can load and share several company files but I have one file that will not load.  I don't receive any kind of error message it just will not show up as a shared file.  I can open it up single user without any problems.  I rebuilt the file and I am still unable to share it.  All of the other files that I have load and are sharing without any problems.  I used to be able to share this file, this is a new issue.  I have 14 company files and 13 of them are working fine.  Any ideas?

QB Server for MAC 2019 Loading File

I appreciate the details a lot, @BNB Ventures.

Since you have already performed rebuilding the data and the issue persists, I'd encourage you to reach our Intuit Data Services team so that they can investigate and fix the file if they find any errors with their tools. From there, they have other accessories to determine the cause of this hurdle and access your data in a secure place.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Then give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk, and then choose a way to connect.

Also, check our support hours and chat with us at your most convenient time.

Let me know if I can be an additional help. Have a safe day ahead!

How big is the file size? Try create a backup file and restore it with a new name.
